This episode explains how closure is a bonus. We must learn to self soothe and move on with life if we want to reach the next level. We cannot be dependent on other's ability to provide closure or we risk never fully growing or reaching our next level.

Today's society truly lacks empathy, compassion and a plethora of other things that differentiate us from the animal kingdom. On this episode, I discuss how "too soon" jokes, memes, social media, and detachment has greatly affected how the world views trauma and pain. In order to truly level up we must always make sure we are vibrating higher than the internet trolls that have become so prevalent today.

Somehow I never explained the name behind my podcast. Clarity is key.

I briefly discuss the unfortunate incident that occurred at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Our elder always used to tell us that we don't understand life yet and we should "just keep living"... With growth and maturity comes understanding. But us "keep living" is a privilege we should not take very lightly.  Prayers sent up for the 21 lives lost and the countless lives changed by this heinous act. I can't imagine the trauma!

Love bombing is not just for lovers. 

Friends can use this manipulation tactic as well.
