Whether you believe in Christmas...Whether you deceive your children about Santa...or whether you just show up for the food and drinks--you still should be aware of the sneaky sins that can leave you vulnerable. A foothold can quickly turn into a STRONGHOLD if we're not careful.

There's a reason why the masses accept every other man-made propaganda--but turn into the great debaters when it comes to the Word of God.

No problem with the man-made science and history books, feeding us whatever they want us to "know"--No problem with the horoscopes and tarot cards explanations--but yet the Bible is where the line is drawn for what "man-made" things we can believe.

I wonder why that is ? 🤔😅

The institution of marriage is under attack! We see so many people making terrible decisions...not even attempting to consult God for His approval....Just expecting Him to bless MESS...then blaming marriage as a whole for their poor, short-sighted decision making skills.

They want us all to join these movements (4B, 5B, TB, whatever 🙄) and rally around them in solidarity--- to discredit a God-ordained covenant. The bitterness I see displayed on both sides ALMOST stole my desire for marriage. However, I am not conformed to the ways of this world. I still have faith that if I am obedient, patient, and in alignment with God's plan for me, (and not trying to rush by forcing a square into a triangle)---that a God-fearing spouse is my portion.

Have you ever noticed a baby loves to go for all the dangerous things?

They want to touch the hot stove, stick their finger in the electrical socket, pull the cords so stuff falls on em...the list goes on and on...In their developing minds that looks fun!

Have you ever noticed what happens when you try to STOP them? They throw a FIT.... How dare we stop them from their fun...How dare we! That is how I imagine we look to God when we deliberately disobey Him (in my Mufasa voice) as He tries to help keep us safe in this life.

They claim the Lord will never give you more than you can bear.. it's a catchy saying but is it actually biblically accurate? We are supposed to be relying on HIM for our strength, protection, and perseverance through life's test and trials....so what makes us think any of life's curve balls are based on OUR strength?

We discuss the importance of being prepared for the coming of the Messiah. Looking at the parable told in Matthew 25 :1-13. Realizing the urgency of staying ready, highlighting key passages from scriptures that emphasize the need for constant preparedness. Through real-life examples and biblical teachings, we learn the importance of staying vigilant, as well as the potential risks of complacency. Oh how I want to be in that number!
