  • #10 Fireside Chat Increase ROI on M365, reduce data leakage

    Episode Summary

Think strategically about adoption and modularity with M365.
Get familiar with low-code tools, explore existing configurations, and aim for scalable solutions that other departments can reuse.
Don't ignore easy governance, and be cautious of moving towards a commercial off-the-shelf (COT) solution simply because you think it will be easier to implement.

                • #4 Cautions on AI

Today's episode is more of a fireside chat format where I talk about some of the concerns I have with generative AI (Gen AI) in the enterprise. I am not an expert here, and there's still a lot more to say on this topic. But this little chat is to simply start the conversation. Enjoy!

Level Up M365 is a podcast where we aim to demystify the Microsoft 365 platform from an in-the-weeds perspective. Topics may vary, and even meander at times, but we focus on the collaboration apps like, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot, respectively. Based on the need, we may go a little technical and dig into the landscape of software development, Generative AI (GEN AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), etc.
