With interest rates over 7%, home sales declining, and builders slowing down their start schedule, we are clearly in for a change. What can you do to prepare and thrive when the market slows down?

We discuss what it felt like when the housing market crashed 12-plus years ago and how that shaped us to drive for constant improvement. The reality of laying people off is in our minds, and we discuss ways to help ensure our people are safe or land on their feet if things go South.
