Jake runs his successful coaching business with his partner Kate helping hundreds of fitness people smash their goals and change their relationship around food and exercise.

Jake talks about his past when he was on the path to become a Professional Golfer until he was kicked out for cheating. At the time, it was world ending however it turned out to be nowhere near as bad as he thought and could even have been THE defining lesson that changed everything for the better years later.
