As Entrepreneurs we have a responsibility not only to our businesses but to our communities. We have the power to influence the political and financial landscape in our neighborhoods. Blair explains how she’s lead the charge to advocate, educate, and nourish her Black community. Blair Durham serves as Co-President of Black BRAND, Hampton Roads Regional Black Chamber of Commerce where she leads the charge in identifying and implementing solutions for closing the wealth gap, raising the next generation of entrepreneurs, and empowering the community to embrace the concept of common unity. Her social justice passion was birthed during her undergraduate career at Virginia Tech where she studied social justice while helping to build a platform for the same. Blair is a wife and homeschooling mother of two who enjoys gardening and other outdoor activities in her spare time.
