I called in my business accountability buddy for this one. In working on business self-care, it’s always a good idea to get support. Andrew and I discuss what we’ve learned about ourselves in this stage of our businesses and what areas of our selfcare need improvement. We both took the selfcare assessment and implemented strategies in the selfcare workbook to address our selfcare needs. Check out our selfcare workbook!

I had a rough week with the business. There were some missteps and plans that failed. After a couple of days, I had to fight to improve my mindset, focus, and confidence. My fight included a reset, making use of my self care regimen to address the anxiety I was experiencing. I want us all to have the tools and resources we need to manage. Check out our assessment and workbook!

Are y’all tired like I am? I’ve found that this pandemic has slowed me down and made tasks more of a chore than usual. I think we might be experiencing Pandemic Fatigue. Dr. Walker shares her gems and provides some solutions on how to move forward.

She is often quoted in major publications like the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the Huffington Post, GQ Magazine, and the Houston Chronicle.
