  • AMERICA: DECIDE NOW | 81

What if the greatest nations — like the greatest lives — are defined not by coasting on past success, but by the courageous decisions they make at critical crossroads?

In this powerful solo episode of Leveraging Success, Jeff Gerhardt delivers a stirring message as America approaches its 250th birthday. He challenges listeners to confront the current cultural drift, reclaim our Judeo-Christian foundations, and actively shape the future instead of passively accepting decline.

Drawing from history, Scripture, personal stories, and the wisdom of Rush’s “Free Will,” Jeff calls followers of Christ to stop outsourcing the mission, reject false neutrality in the public square, and boldly live out their faith in every sphere — including family, business, education, and politics. This is not a victory lap, but a summons to growth, courage, and renewed purpose.

  • The Real Bottleneck in Your Business with Josh Doyle | Ep 72

What if the biggest risk in your business isn’t moving forward — it’s staying exactly where you are?

In this rich conversation on Leveraging Success, Jeff Gerhardt sits down with Josh Doyle — co-founder of Uncharted Adventures, host of the No Longer Nomads podcast, and son of Tom Doyle.

Together they explore the real challenges of scaling a business beyond bootstrapping: defining clear roles with a business partner, navigating different risk tolerances, hiring your first team members, and stepping into your natural gifting instead of grinding in areas that drain you. Josh shares openly about the tension of long sales cycles, geopolitical disruptions in the Middle East, and the decision of when to bring on help to go further faster.

Jeff coaches Josh live through vision casting, the “Who Not How” mindset, and creating a compelling picture for his brother Tommy. They also talk about the life-changing power of trips to Israel and invite listeners to join an upcoming 10-day journey with Tom Doyle this October.

If you’re a business owner or leader feeling the tension between current capacity and future growth, this episode is packed with practical wisdom.
