In 2018, Leweston welcomed its first cohort of boys as it transitioned from an all-girls school to co-education. Among them were Ollie and Ben, who went on to complete their A Levels this summer. Before collecting their results, they sat down with Headmaster Mr Paget-Tomlinson to reflect on their unique journey, from being part of a historic change to becoming role models for future students.

Leweston Headmaster, Mr Paget-Tomlinson sat down with Mrs Dencher, Director of Teaching and Learning, to discuss what an Extended Project Qualification is and the benefits of studying it in Sixth Form.

 Mr. Paget-Tomlinson sat down with Mr. Enticknap, Head of Houses and Charities, to chat about the House system at Leweston and how it plays an integral role in creating community spirit throughout the age groups. Mr John Paget-Tomlinson, Leweston School Headmaster, met with the school Careers Advisor, Mrs Hutton, to discuss student careers support at Leweston, personal statements and life after Leweston. 

In the Spring term, Mr. Paget-Tomlinson sat down with Year 11 student Samantha P to chat for a 'Leweston Voices Podcast' episode. They discussed Samantha's journey as a ballroom dancer, her numerous competition wins, and how dance has positively impacted her school life. Samantha also shared insights into her dance beginnings and the benefits it brings her academically.

During the Spring term, Mr. Paget-Tomlinson met up with Hazel C, Year 13, to record a 'Leweston Voices Podcast' episode. They talked about Hazel's experience as an international student, her passion for music and performing arts (including her roles in the school productions of 'Six' and 'Les Misérables', how studying music in an English School has enhanced her skills, and her recent Diploma exam.

Mr Paget-Tomlinson met with Honor G, Year 12, to discuss her visit to Leweston's sister school, Jana Jyoti, and Honor and her peers' efforts to fundraise for Nepalese students.
