My 10 thoughts and advise;

1. How do you view yourself? Know your worth. Love yourself above all.

2, Divert your energy to other things, like sa career and other skills.

3. Give yourself time. Try mong mag stop. just stop. Stay Still, breath in breath out. Alam ko dry to pero try lng, Assess mo bakit ka habol ng habol?

4. . Do something nice for yourself- ako una ko ginawa is buy something for myself.

5.  Do something for someone else- you'll feel a lot better sa sarili. 

6. Don't chase them, replace them.

7. Write down mga bagay na ayaw mo sa knya, maganda isulat mo, kasi if makipag date ka baka masabe mo lng sa bago. Wag mo siraan.

8. Learn more about women, be wise, guard your heart and prioritize  yourself.

9. Change mindset about everything and everything, listen more, act more, be more understanding.

10. Happiness is your job, seeking happiness to others is not right, magging miserable ka lng.
