In this episode of Literally First Class, Keri talks about the idea that nobody really cares about what you are doing. We constantly worry about what other people might think and say about us, but the reality is that most of the time, nobody is paying that much attention. People are more focused on themselves.
Instead of focusing on what everybody might think or say about you, choose a few people in your life - family, close friends, or mentors - to listen to. And in parallel, do whatever you want.
This concept also is related to people-pleasing behaviors. We can't please everybody, and we shouldn't. We should only focus on our own wants and needs, which is more than enough. Tune in to learn more!
