The heart is central to everything we talk about in life. We talk of pouring out your heart and wearing your heart on your sleave.

In sports we'll say she's got a lot of heart or in the case of your close friend you may say he has a beautiful heart.

The heart is close to my heart because of my parents.  

Many of you know my father passed away suddenly when I was 23, he was just 47.

In this episode with Dr Todd Hurst I ask for the first time since his death for an explanation of the items listed on his death certificate. 

Plus he explains what is happening to our hearts while we are STRESSED OUT!
