LGBT+ Accountability Culture to Leadership is a conversation we need to start and keep having in the Nigeria LGBT community.  Nigeria as a failed country because of its huge lack of accountability leaders who percieve the demand of accountability as a hate speech. This same perspective is also the reason why till 2020 - LGBT+rights in Nigeria isn't beaming with hope for a decriminalization of its homosexuals citizens.  Personally, i have been tagged disgrutled by a few LGBT+ clique for having the pussy to call out toxic LGBT leaders to the answering of simply being accountable to its community members as they deserve to be in the loop of abreast information.  Share your thoughts with me and lets keep this conversation leading to a better community for the greater good!
