      • White Castle Turkey Stuffing

      • Ingredients

      • 10-12 White Castle® Sliders, no pickles

      • 1 1/2 cups Celery, diced

      • 1 1/4 teaspoons Thyme, ground

      • 1 1/2 teaspoons Sage, ground

      • 3/4 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground

      • 1 or 1/4 cup Chicken broth (See Directions)

      • Directions

      • In a large mixing bowl, tear the Sliders into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Add 1 cup chicken broth, toss well. Add ingredients to Casserole Dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Or to stuff the ingredients into the cavity of the turkey, prepare ingredients as noted above, but reduce chicken broth to 1/4 Cup, then cook as you normally would. Makes about 9 cups (enough for a 10-to-12-pound turkey). Note: Allow 1 Slider for each pound of turkey, which will be equal to 3/4 cup of stuffing per pound.

      • Russ’s Drink Corner

      • Redbreast 12 Cask Strength Irish Whiskey

      • Description

      • Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle. The Cask Strength expression gives a glimpse of Redbreast 12 in its natural, full flavoured taste.

      • Brewer Notes: Grab a hoppy trackside Handup IPA and keep cranking across citrusy fields of floral hop flavor and tropical aromas to a crisp, dry finish. Our new mainline IPA is here! HandUp IPA an American-style IPA with aroma and flavor driven by the citrus, tropical, and grassy hop notes with a light malt character with a crisp dry finish. With our NW roots, cyclocross has been a big part of our culture for many years. We chose to name this beer “HandUp” because of our PNW roots and cyclocross affiliation. The beer label pays homage to Deschutes Brewery co-owner Colby, our cyclocross team captain who left this earth too soon in 2018.
