2. Begin a gratitude journal. What do you have to be thankful for during this time in quarantine? Here's a blog to help you get started.
3. Structure your day with 3 hour blocks:
- 9:00-12:00 - Pour In - Read, pray, eat
- 12:00-3:00 - Pour Out - Accomplish something, clean something, serve your family, your household, your neighbors. Do something productive.
- 3:00 - 6:00 - Build Yourself - Get moving, exercise, workout, shoot basketball, jog, walk, swim, whatever. Exercising is proven to increase your mental health.
- 6:00-9:00 - Hobby - Do what you love. Video games, instagram, create, draw, write, music, practice, whatever. Do what brings you joy.
