This week begins the month of Elul, the last month of the Jewish year and the one preceding Rosh Hashana. It is known as the month of “stock taking”. During the month of Elul we spend our time introspectively, accounting for our past year and seeing what changes we can make for the future. Let us all make this month one that is valuable. Let’s look inside of ourselves, find the positivity and commit to changing some of the less positive, too.

You are invited to join the weekly class of the Heart Wisdom and together we will make this month valuable. We will look inside ourselves, find the positive parts of us and learn to accept and contain the parts that are less by learning how to change them out of love and a desire to grow.
