This episode is for all the "preacher's kids" out there.  In this episode my mother and my aunt join me to talk about growing up as 2 of 6 children of a preacher (Robert Rouse) in Augusta, Georgia.  They talk about the lofty expectations and pressure kids of preachers sometimes deal with.  They also talk about my lovely grandmother (Callie Rouse) and her example to them.  

Mom and Auntie also talk about their weight gain and the severe health issues that ensued.  They talk about what they have done to reverse it and how their faith played a role in them taking control of their health and provide some wonderful healthy tips they have learned along the way.

This episode is dedicated to Robert and Callie Rouse and the seeds they planted. Love ya'll and you are missed still.
