The Bible has always been a topic of debate in regards to its authenticity, relevancy, and its intended role within society. Not only is the historic archeological track record in support of its accuracy and authenticity, but Jesus is called The Word in John 1:1. The Bible teaches that Jesus and the Word are one and the same. The decision we make about scripture affects everything within our belief system in a major way.

Jesus Is God. He claimed to be God in the flesh, and presented himself as the way, the truth, and the life. No man can come to God except through the salvation that he offers.

Jesus is the Good Shepherd. Psalm 23 describes the blessed life of those who decide to be led by a shepherd who cares deeply for us. The Psalm 23 way of living is not easy, particularly in a world that is busy, stressful, and ultimately self seeking.

The church is so much more than a service, a building, or various events. We as people are the church. This means that wherever we are, the church can be found if we live with the proper intentionality.

All the pieces of your life, both the beautiful and the broken, make a wonderfully purposed, one of a kind masterpiece that God is incredibly proud of. You are a prized posession of the Lord Jesus.

You were created for a purpose...a calling...you are God's masterpiece. (Ephesians 2:10) True fulfillment comes from doing God's will through our life's purpose and calling. Everyone has a passion for something. As we seek God, he will give us the desires of our heart. (Psalm 37:4)

Spiritual gifts are an important part of discovering and fulfilling our purpose and calling. There are many misconceptions and in some cases controversy surrounding this topic. Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians not to be uninformed about them, and that we should genuinely desire and ask for God to equip us with these wonderful gifts.

As we start a new norm, we need people in our lives to coach us along, and to ultimately help us stay accountable to the commitments we've made. It was always God's intent for us to do real, every day life together.

Habits are powerful and effective, whether for good or for bad. Healthy habits pave the way for a new normal which leads to lasting change in our lives.
