Liberty Conspiracy Audios

Welcome back to the gang of plotters we call the Liberty Conspiracy! In this program, we offer a podcast version of our May 1, 2012 radio show, on which Gardner Goldsmith covered breaking stories such as the revelation (which we already knew) that Nancy Pelosi lied when she claimed she was not made aware of CIA torture (oh, sorry, "enhanced interrogation in the form of waterboarding, but remember, it's not 'torture' any more, not the way it was in WWII), and we look at the lies of the current President that GM has paid back all of its TARp bailout cash -- Not true by any stretch of the imagination!

Then, we take a good look at a mini debate between Ron Paul and Paul Krugman, going more in-depth and seeing who truly believes in freedom and prosperity. This is a valuable segment unto itself, and we hope you'll recommend it to others!

That and music from Paul Weller ("Green" and "Around the Lake"), Plan B "Welcome to Hell", Telly Saalas "Who Loves Ya Baby?" (REALLY!), Hall and oates "Rich Girl", Government Issue "Jaded Eyes", WIRE "Comet" and "Hard Currency", Silver SUn Pickups "Panic Switch", and Paul Weller again with "No Tears to Cry" (off "Wake Up the Nation")!! Hope you like it!

Opening with Kasabian's "Days Are Forgotten", we delve into the forgotten principle of JURY NULLIFICATION, which stems from the ancient Common Law, and which is not mentioned by most judges in contemporary courts. It's an important power that the people have to negate bad laws! Check out the news story and our analysis. Then, listen as El G Grande explains why both Arizona and the gubment cats in DC are wrong in their immigration arguments in the Supreme Court! We go into some valuable information for liberty lovers, and stress the economic benefits of unlimited immigration!

With music by Kasabian, The Fatima Mansions, Girls Against Boys ("Rockets Are Red" and "In Like flynn"), The Sex Pistols ("Bodies" and "Holidays in the Sun" - LIVE!), Steely Dan ("Black Friday"), Morphine ("Super Sex"), Massive Attack ("Man Next Door"), Iggy and the Stooges ("I Wanna Be your Dog") blending into The Cult's homage, ("Phoenix")! Be Seeing You!

Welcome back! This is an audio we hope you'll spread to friends. It features our co-host, and fellow Conspirator, Stephen Smith (find his excellent work at http://abeginnersguidetofreedom.blogspot.com) investigating a story from Minnnesota about a $12,000 tip left for a waitress. The story is mysterious, and when the police step in to take the money, it gets political and takes on even greater import. Gard and Stephen open up the subject and begin to look at how it reflects on those who believe, as Ricky Santorum does, that people just can't "be left alone" to lead their lives in peace. This is a very good audio, and it can do a lot to help newcomers to the freedom philosophy to understand one of its key components: market transactions are made by people because they both feel they benefit from the transactions.

Our featured music? Ahh, yes! We open with The Horrors, "Do You Remember", then hit "Gloves" and "Sheena Is a Parasite" by them. Next is, "President Gas", by the Psychedelic Furs, then we offer "Cleopatra 94" by The Concusssion Ensemble, and "Little Fist" by Love Spit Love. Then we hear The Swell Maps, with "Let's Build a Car" and conclude with the epic "Forever Now" by the Furs. Hope you buy their stuff! Enjoy!

Welcome back to the home of portable productions for liberty, the Liberty Conspiracy!

In this program,we welcome co-pilot Brianna, who offers a great overview of the history and key components of anarchism. She's a young person, and has already done great research into anarcho-capitalism. In this show, Bri offers a lot of that information and her opinions on gubment getting involved with schooling and with marriage! Great stuff!

That and music from the Backyard Babies, Pop Will Eat Itself, Daler Mendhi and The Wolfmen doing "Thieves and Liars", The Wolfmen "Jackie Says", STRONGBAD's "TORGDOR!" and "Dangeresque Theme", Fitz and the Tantrums "Money Grabber", Madness "One Step Beyooooooond!", Cat's Eyes doing "Cat's Eyes", and Filter "Welcome to the Fold".

So much to discuss!

We continue our investigation of the recent Executive Order issued by President Obama that claims the power to seize food, buildings, machines and people. Seriously. And we look at another important story that seems silly at first: a weatherman suing a TV station for NOT hiring him! That and music by:

Deus "Suds and Soda", Deus: "Worst Case Scenario", Big Dipper: "The Younger Bums", and "When Men Were Trains", Muse: "Time is Running Out", The Horrors "Gloves", Goldfrapp "Lovely 2 C U", Motorhead "Jailbait", Danko Jones "Code of the Road", The Damned LIVE "Born to Kill" and a special BONUS track!

Enjoy! Be Seeing You!

Thanks for being a conspirator for freedom. We will plot and plan for a world which acknowledges the primacy of the individual and the moral core of free market interaction. In this program, Gardner Goldsmith becomes one of the FEW media folks who talks about the Executive Order issued by Prez Obama on 3-16 that claims the power to nationalize any product, foodstuff, machine, building, form of energy and person. We're serious, and so is the federal gubment. That, and music from The Cynics and The Sons of Hercules!!! Including: The Cynics: "Turn Me Loose", and the Sons: "Gimme Some", "Borrowed Time", "Used to Be Cool", "Reason to Live", "Snake People", "No, No, No", "Outta Your Head", "Grow Up", and their mighty cover of "Easy Action"! BUY THE SONS and the CYNICS!! BUY!!

Thanks for being part of the Conspiracy!

In this program, we explore the bizarre phenomenon of politicians who want to use force and theft, but who feel compelled to appear at churches and other locations important to the religious in their quest for office. We then compare that strange M.O. to the recent trouble the Catholic Church has had with being forced by the gubment to offer so-called "contraceptive coverage" to their employees through their insurance programs. It's a fascinating and controversial show. Check it out!

And in it, we include music by Jack Black (via some fine remixers) looking for an OCTOGON, by the Psychedelic Furs, from their first album,, by Shriekback, from "Glory Bumps", by Iggy and the Stooges, and some fine remixing of Scatman John, leading into a little something special, for all you who would prefer to vote for Zaphod Beeblebrox!

Welcome, fellow-conspirator. We're glad there are others in this minority of people who believe in freedom.

In this portable production of libertarian ideas, we study a few contemporary issues, and derive long-lasting points. In hour one, Gardner Goldsmith looks at the pop media's attempt to convince people that government "bailouts" (ie redistribution of wealth to failing companies that consumers had chosen NOT to frequent) are somehow good "investments" and help the economy. Gard shows you what the pop media DIDN'T tell you, and shows how GM isn't a company that's succeeded on its own merit.

Then, Gard looks into the 70th anniversary of the US government's internment of Japanese Americans. He studies it and looks at other areas where people are interned, and how people don't notice... That, and a critique of a military guy telling a convenience store worker the kid should join the Army and "get outta this dead-end job".

We don't pull punches, and we feature music by Midnight Oil, The Saints, Blue Man Group, Danko Jones, "Demons", and The Psychedelic Furs!

Thanks for joining the Conspiracy! We're glad to have you as part of the gang. You can chat with us in our forum at LibertyConspiracy.com any time!

In this program, Gardner Goldsmith reconstructs (with better music fidelity than available on radio), his Liberty Conspiracy radio program from 1-31-12. In the show, he discussed the revelation that the FDA claims "regulatory" power over the sale of human cells. Shocking? Well, maybe not. It already prohibits the sale of human body parts... This is not only unconstitutional, it's immoral and runs contrary to the principle of self-ownership. Listen as we explore it... Then, check out our conversation about the term "regulate", and how it's not appropriate when it is used to describe government coercion of private industry and individual actions. And then you can hear some thoughts about the term "property", and how people arrived at the concept of "private property."

Hope you like! Spread the word! Be Seeing You!

Thanks for re-joining your portable home for liberty! We're glad to know there are others who believe in the principles of freedom and free association.

In this program, Gardner Goldsmith welcomes Sheldon Richman, the editor of "The Freeman" magazine, author and editor of numerous books, and well-known writer of amazing editorials that explain the dynamics and history of free markets and Austrian Economics. Visit him at www.sheldonrichman.com and www.fee.org!

Check out Sheldon's insight on the Iranian "threat" and why the bellicose statements of US politicians are completely unjustified.
