In the pilot episode of Libraries Change Lives, Public Libraries Victoria shines a light on the people and partnerships behind the Enhancing Early Years in Libraries project.

Christine, the project coordinator, joins Michelle to discuss how the initiative is supporting libraries across Victoria through the redevelopment of the Early Years Handbook, new professional learning opportunities and the rollout of the Words Grow Minds campaign.

Together, they explore the collaboration, project management and sector-wide expertise that help bring statewide initiatives to life, and why working together is one of the greatest strengths of Victoria’s public library sector.
