Dr. Frank Chong is the outgoing president/superintendent of Santa Rosa  Junior College. We had a conversation on the difficulties he faced and  the successes during his tenure. Our community suffered a great loss yesterday and it is essential to  recognize this traumatic experience. Healing is possible and we must  first focus on understanding the mental health challenges our children  are facing and then looking collectively for solutions.
