David Michael Stubbers was arrested after he was driving on the wrong  side of the 101 and is alleged to have killed a driver who was on his  way to work. David was arrested with a .20 alcohol level and didn't show  up to court on May 16th. California Highway Patrol is looking for him.  The family asks that David's information be share statewide as he could  be in southern California. #DavidMichaelStubbers #DavidStubbers
