In this episode, I want to share something very personal — the reality
of navigating life when even simple things, like light, can become a
challenge. Traveling to a new place, especially a new country, is not
always exciting or glamorous for me. Sometimes it’s confusing,
overwhelming, and honestly, painful.
There are days when everything feels heavy. Days filled with
frustration, self-doubt, and that quiet anger I sometimes carry inside.
I often find myself asking, Why is this so hard? Why do I feel so upset?
But then there are other days — brighter days — when things flow more
easily, when I feel strong, capable, and hopeful.
Life is unpredictable like that. Some days are good. Some days are not.
And maybe that’s just part of being human.
This episode is about those ups and downs. About the emotional side of
facing challenges that many people never see. It’s about struggle,
resilience, and the quiet courage it takes to keep going even when
things feel difficult. Because even though life is not easy, I truly
believe — we can do it.
