I am pleased to have heard this 2 days after making it, not knowing I’d need this myself Lmaoo…however I challenge you to write 100 goals for yourself, but I also understand that it can be difficult when we only have 1 goal in mind. It’s okay I am here to tell ya that it can be hard but it also means to take it a step at a time. If not 100 than give me at least 10. I love you guys and take care of yourself. Welcome friends to this new season of my life!🥳 I can not believe I’m in season 9 already, yes, every season has different numbers of episodes but I’m still excited that I have been grinding on here for you all.🤗 With that being said, thank you everyone who’s not been missing any single one of these episodes!! In this life we must learn when to show emotion and when to hide it. As we continue our journey there will be situations where we feel cornered and do not know what type of emotion to feel, and the best way to react to it is to not react at all and let the situation go. There are also times where we show weakness, thinking that we will feel better, but it turns out to be the opposite. We must stand strong and be harsh and ruthless when we need to be.

Growing up we had a certain discipline from our parents, teachers etc. Now it’s different because we are trying to find our own definition of discipline. Discipline takes time but we find discipline in different areas of our lives, mentally, physically and emotionally.

Wow! Just wow! Some people really amaze me! However we are in control of our life and our decisions. Do not allow the devil to come and destroy your soul and rob your peace. We must fight and stand up for ourselves in times of temptation. Only God and you know the pain that you have been going through. Only you know how much you invested in a person and how they reacted towards you. As we continue in our day to day life remember to think about your peace and mind.
