In this podcast we have Isaak from Sweden who grew up in an atheist family and stumbled across Sadhguru on Youtube, went and bought the Inner Engineering book and pretty quickly had an Eye-Opening moment which shifted his perspective and got him to travel to the Isha Yoga Center in India. He shares his journey from Sweden to India, volunteering at the Ashram, traveling in India and how coming back was for him. Now that he is studying and working full time he shares how he is able to still commit himself to a daily practice as well as experiments he has done with food.
