Life After Freedom

In this episode, our focus shifts to our Spirit, Soul, and Body, with the aim of keeping anxiety at bay by strengthening our spirit. Our bodies often seek what feels good rather than what is needed. We will learn the importance of self-control and teaching the body to submit to authority, which is Jesus. 

I will recount my journey to finding freedom and faith, by sharing a vision that led me to seeking God first. Together, we will navigate through practical ways of caring for the Spirit, Soul, and Body.  Through spiritual alignment with God, we will be able to keep anxiety away.
