Life After Loss: Finding Strength, Connection, and Purpose With Holly Rogoschewsky

Listen Later

My guest today is Holly Rogoschewsky. Holly Rose Holland is an intuitive author, growth transition coach, international speaker, former spouse, parent, and grief survivor. While moving through the grief process herself, she noticed that people often become stuck when processing death, difficult relationships, employment-related issues, and even changes within themselves. “With grief, it is rare when someone knows and understands the synergy of deep grief combined with the intense desire to truly live freely.” “You will learn so much about yourself as an author.” Holly’s first book is called Keep Moving, Creating a Life After Loss (2020, Sapphire Seahorse Press). Having always loved writing, she finds writing to be therapeutic for herself and others, as a means of expressing grief and creating a new life. Holly was surprised when writing activated the awareness of everything being energy. She practises writing, wellness, and woo, and travels to share her gifts with the world. Her first international best-seller is Unstoppable Stories (2024, MMH Press) and it joins best-sellers Hear Us Roar, Lion (2024, KMD Books) and The Business of Connection (2020, ENE). Holly’s novel on domestic violence is being edited, publication date to be announced. Her children’s book is progressing. This story has been waiting to be told since Holly’s childhood. Holly is passionate about raising awareness of domestic violence, emphasizing the importance of mindset, knowledge and boundaries. In this episode we discuss grief, loss, writing and resilience.
