Kristen is the owner of Kristen Dupuis Spiritual Wellness & Self Discovery. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Self-Discovery Coach, Energy Worker, Tarot Reader, Spiritual Counsellor with he Bachelors in Metaphysics (currently working on her Masters!!). Her business was born out of her own personal journey from rock bottom to thriving. It wasn't until she was at her worst that she could see truly start on this path to spiritual wellness and LOADS of self discovery. Now that she is in a place of alignment, Kristen uses her gifts and passions to to hold space for those on their own journey.

This episode is a little different. I am coming live to you from a park bench. You read that right. After a long days drive I took sometime to speak about my reflections over the past couple of months and the revelations that a 20 hour road trip brought me. This is my little therapy session as I like to call it.

We are back with lots of rambles and side tangents from Kelsey. This time round we are talking about judgement and how the act of judging ourselves and others can impact the way we live and express our lives. 

I talk about my personal experiences with feeling judged and expose myself for judging others. YIKES!

This week I talk all about my personal experience in reworking what success means to me and how breaking down what we have been taught is successful has actually help myself fall into deeper alignment and flow. It's all about connecting with what makes you truly happy and embracing the imperfections of the journey. I also talk about my struggle with perfectionism and how it has actually hindered my progress more than anything else, including keeping up with the Life As A Bee Podcast. 

This week Kelsey dives into rejection and how to move through the discomfort it brings up. Starting off with a collected thought, sharing a personal story of rejection and later looking at her own patterning in relationships and being/feeling rejected. Kelsey ends the episode on how she has worked and is still working through this part of life.
