Recent graduate Jaron Mertle is returning for a fifth year with UC Merced men's basketball and has secured a spot in the Master of Management program for 2024-25. Mertle recently earned CSC Academic All-District honors and is ranked top five in program history in rebounds, blocks, and double-double's.
