In this week's episode we explore the effects and messages from SPIRIT when we don’t allow ourselves to slow down and when we become a ‘void-filler’ piling on our life with extra work, stress, running around or self-sabotaging thoughts which can cause more than just feeling exhausted at the end of day. It is overall happiness and heath that we are ignoring when we do this as well as avoiding necessary healing needed for our growth. Overtime this could lead us into a life of repeating cycles where it becomes the norm and we don’t know how to get out from under it.
