As we get older, we might start to realize that something we once thought to be true, isn’t true for us anymore. A lot of times this is because we take on our families ideas and values for our own, but we are our own people with our own beliefs and values that don’t necessarily need to correlate with our families ideas, truths and values. Take ownership of yours and know them to be true for you!
