After encounters with suicide, Guff found a new mission - prevent other veterans from taking their own lives. It began by lending a helping hand to his best friend’s family after his passing. From there, it became a Facebook page for other veterans to connect with each other. Now, 22 Until Valhalla is a 501c3 nonprofit helping veterans across the United States connect with valuable resources, the veteran community, and most importantly - themselves. Through programs such as yoga, jiu jitsu, float tank therapy, mountaineering, and many others, Guff helping veterans battle suicide physically, mentally, and emotionally..

Veteran Marine Mark Tartenaar stops by and talks military comradery and the differences he sees from the civilian population. Mark also talks about mountain climbing and compares climbing stories with Aaron. Check out this great new episode available now!

Anthony talks through his martial art history, walks through some martial arts demonstrations and then breaks down one of his kickboxing matches. Anthony has great analytical breakdowns for the skills he has been perfecting over his life. This was a great conversation, and we were lucky to have him in the studio!
