This week, Pastor Ron continued his message series on the importance of raising the next generation. At the heart of this series is a desire to impart the importance of drawing near to God. We are called to be imitators of God, not of this world. It can be so easy to take cues from those around us, rather than being obedient to the voice of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Are we passing on a message of obedience to God to the next generation?

In a culture that is consumed by social media and obsessed with gathering new information, it is important that we recognize that it is not about what you obtain but what you retain. The accomplishments of this world are meaningless in light of eternity in God's kingdom.

It's time to take a look at the words we speak, and shift our focus to speaking God's promises over our life.
