Making small, medium, large and extra large decisions is part of life. But some people don't like making decisions, especially ones that are really important and so what do they do? Nothing. They don't decide and they think that if they don't decide they're off the hook. Not so fast. In this episode we'll talk about why it is impossibile to get out of making decisions...of any kind.

In this episode I want to introduce you to someone special and who for me is an excellent example of what it takes to carve out your own course in life. Sophia has been featured in Forbes, Women 2.0, and is a keynote speaker at conferences like GrowthHackers, on the topic of understanding consumer psychology to maximise exposure to the right target buyers.

Too many times I see people worrying too much about being judged by other, what people might think of them if they do this, that or the other. I used to be there too, but then I broke out of it, freed myself and now I just do what I feel is right for me! Here are some things I experienced and that remind me always that I just need to be me. To hell with what people might think! Have a listen.

It's with regard to this particular concept that I see so many people get stuck when trying to move their lives forward, realise a dream, develop a new project or simply complete a task.
