Resentment is not an emotion we seek to spend time with. We're either acting out because of it, or we're embarrassed it's shown up and so we look to get rid of it.
Okay, this episode might go a little out of the box for ya, but that's where the sufi poet Rumi referred to when he said, "Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." That's where we're going in this episode. Beyond the regular conversation (or lack thereof) with resentment.
