It's easy to turn to God when our circumstances are grim. It’s another thing to rely on Him when all our needs are met. The truth is wealth and prosperity erode faith far more than poverty and need. When Joseph is suddenly thrust into the spotlight and given more wealth and power than we can imagine, Pastor Pete reveals how Joseph is a perfect example of a man who lived every day believing God was with him.

After being thrown into a pit & sold into slavery by his brothers, Joseph winds up serving in a somewhat privileged position, at least for a slave, managing the affairs of Potiphar’s household, one of Pharaoh’s officials. As a reward for his faithfulness, Potiphar’s wife falsely accused him of rape and he was thrown into prison! When things go from bad to worse and most people would give up on God assuming He doesn’t care or isn’t real, Pastor Pete shares how Joseph continued to respond the way anyone would if they were confident God was with them.
