Life Church: Smyrna Assembly of God

It's an honor to have one of our premiere missionaries, Luke A. Wood with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, with us tonight as part of our 48th Annual Missions Celebration!

We've probably all heard about the Holy Spirit. He flickers in and out of the Old Testament like a ghost. In the New Testament, He's a supernatural force that equips ordinary men the extraordinary power of God. But what does the Holy Spirit look like today? In this series, we will learn about the Holy Spirit and His purpose in our lives…in a not-so-spooky way.

Have you noticed how it seems like we’re living in a time when just about everybody is being offended by just about everything? Join with us for this timely series as we explore how Satan wants us to take the bait of offense and then to be caught in his trap for the rest of our lives. The good news is that the Word of God has a lot to say on how we should be respond when we’re offended because you don’t have to take the bait!
