Change the Narrative, Change the Outcome - this is manifesting at its most basic.

What is one thing you can change the narrative on today that will create a different reality, a different outcome within your experience?

Playing around with how you are unconsciously approaching things is a great way to start to manifest something different. Start with something simple, as I did, and you see how quickly things change. It's not a mistake, it's just how the universe works!

It’s also very true - and this mini podcast episode discusses why the soul (you) has lost its way by letting the mind lead.

All we have to do is remember why we came, what medicine it is that we brought, and the soul will resume its place as the master of our experience.

What does that mean? Life will become more joyful, more fulfilling, easier…

They have a very important message for you and learning how to understand the message and how it relates to you will change your life.

How very different things would be if we'd been taught at an early age that everything we need is inside us. That to feel the feelings, to stay, rather than go outside and look for the answers there, is all that's really needed to move forward.

What does it mean to be Here as Love, and how do we do that?

I've spent a long time cultivating self love and it's not been easy. Writing a song about it has helped (Here as Love by emilyPLAY), but that's not where I started. I had to love myself first in order to realise I was worthy of even opening my mouth to sing. Where did I find the greatest expression of Love??

Inside me, of course.

I am currently facing both these two emotions with the upcoming release of my first song on the 12 May. I know them well, I’ve been confronted by them before, but I know how to deal with them now. Doubt in my abilities, Denial of self.
