Charise Freeman is a Life Advisor who served in the United States Air Force for almost 8 years on active duty and another 4 years in the reserves. Over the last decade, she has been passionate about helping women recognize who they are so they can be bold, be heard, and feel valued.

Her passion led her to launch her podcast, Growing In love Together, where she shared her mother-daughter relationship journey in the most authentic way that truly resonated with her listeners. Her story continues to inspire others to live out loud, not do it alone, remove the “U” in guilt and G-I-L-T (Grow In Love Together).
