When Andy Glasgow and Gabrielle Milam started working for Celina's Engineering Services Department, they had no idea what they were getting into. They knew Celina was growing at a fast and furious pace, but they didn't initially realize how strategically and intentionally the city was doing it. They do now ... and they love it!
