Julia Sokol is an entrepreneur, community-builder, and new mama! Julia founded SassClass, a women's empowerment dance studio and community, in early 2016. Prior to creating SassClass, Julia had a successful -- by society's standards -- corporate career in marketing and data analytics. Despite quickly working her way up the ranks of the corporate world (6 figures by age 25!), she took a leap of faith and quit her job "cold turkey" in hopes to find a more purpose-filled path, which she can now confidently say, she has with SassClass!

Jennifer Pearce is a mother, a teacher, a writer and a life coach. She started her journey to healing in the darkness of infidelity after 20 years with her ex-husband. After her husband left, she committed to loving herself intentionally and fully through meditation, therapy, hiking and being a mom. She found that daily blogging and showing up authentically helped her process her journey and soon she had a following of women who read her blog everyday as well. She now is a life coach who helps other women through infidelity and divorce! Talk about finding your purpose through the pain.

Jenn is the definition of "where there is a will, there is way." After getting her masters at Columbia University in Psychology and starting a career in teaching, Jenn discovered her creative passion for branding and social media. Despite all of the stigma around not only changing careers and interning later in life, Jenn decided to quit teaching, work as a bottle service girl and intern at the hair care brand Amika. Her bravery and hustle lead to her dream career in beauty, where she could follow her passion to help others feel good and succeed.
