As a graduate in engineering, Iaroslav experienced first-hand the peculiarities of corporate life. At 25 years old he knew that the field wasn't for him, but had no clue what to do next. Instead of just finding another job, he used his background to painstakingly engineer his own life and figure out what he truly wanted. As a result, at 30 years old he was in the army leading over 140 people as a project manager. He also backpacked across the world, became a pilot and a business owner. He also moved on from stable, well-paying, positions three times, choosing challenge over comfort every time. He never looked back.
