In this episode I talk about our heart and soul needs and how we can connect. In order to do so,we need to be recharging and letting go at the same time. How do we allow and create space(s) for ourselves?How do we access these rooms for our soul and heart?

We tend to be very focused on the outside world and often concentrate our energies in these realities. If we allow ourselves to be present with our inside reality everything shifts...outside as well. We can create an easeful combination of outside and inner worlds.

We all face times of huge shifts and transformations...inside,outside and sometimes voluntarily or due to life's circumstances. This Podcast aims to support you in these shifts,to tune in and be present to and for yourself.

We all have dreams. Sometimes we allow ourselves to come up with excuses or explainations why we do not follow our heart's calling(s). We also give permission to critical voices or "normal" life choices to prevent us from persuading our dreams. In this Podcast I share about dreams and how we can manifest them.

We all face difficult and "life-changing" events and are confronted with grief at one point or another. Grief due to loss of a beloved person,dreams, a child or a job/home etc we so identified with can be very similar yet perceived differently from the "outside" world.What can we offer beloved persons who grief? What might support them in their process?

Sometimes in life we need to redefine our dreams and visions. How can we do that? What potential do we set free if we allow to let go of control and redefined plans?

There is huge potential in grief,loss and working through the different layers of life transitions. We have the opportunity to birth our gifts through allowance to be present to all our emotions and transitions. Loss due to death,divorce and circumstances hold potential if we give ourselves permission to accept our reality and create a new (rainbow)version of ourselves, no matter if and what is considered "normal" in our context. We get to manifest a new (wo)man...through our soul and heart transformation.
