Martial artist and unconventional strength coach my name is Ana Carolina Lima aka MORENA. The creator of ROOTED STRENGTH METHOD.  We talk about my view of strength and why I created this methodology.  As well as my extensive experience in the martial arts as a  competitor and coach who has travelled around the world, who is also a mother. My hopes is to give many a voice and to United many for the growth of our martial arts in professionalism, the female authority voice as well as a better way to reduce pain and truly feel strong in your own art.
