I am sorry I have been really busy for the past 2 weeks I didn't get time to record. However, no more episode droughts and I will be recording double time from now on!

This episode I'm going to be talking about why I dropped out of university. I briefly mentioned this in my last so I figured I make a whole episode talking about what led me to make this decision. I go over things like what influenced me to drop out, what I learned, my perspective on school, and the hardships I had to face afterwards.

By no means did I make this episode to influence others to drop out as well! the point of this episode is to share my story and share some tips with those who are contemplating whether they should or not.

WHATS UP YA'LL?!

I hope you're all doing good and are healthy! In today's episode, I'm going to be talking about depression but most importantly quarantine depression. The reason I decided to make this episode is that I have been seeing noticing some people having a hard time trying to cope with this lockdown. even some people I know personally are having a hard time and if I'm being real, me too. So I thought it's a good idea to make an episode around the topic to help you guys out. 

The list of things I go over is why you may feel depressed, what causes it and what you can do to deal with it. The tips I share in this episode are ones I personally apply to my daily life when I feel down and I hope it helps you guys too. 

The key thing I want you guys to take away from this episode is that you are not alone and tips I give can help everyone as long as they stay committed to them.

In today's topic, I will be discussing why the first step is always the hardest why that is. I will go over some personal experiences I've had myself and things I did that helped me make that first step.

We all have ideas that we want to bring to fruition but for some reason, you've never been able to get into it. Maybe you've gone as far as starting it but never finished it. I know that feeling and I have been there countless amount of times. The fear of the unknown is something common amongst all of us. Starting that business or Youtube channel that you've had in mind for months maybe even years now is scary because you don't know what to expect from it. Maybe you're a perfectionist or think that your work isn't good enough. These are just a few of many different factors into why you're still not starting!

Here in this episode, I will go over a few simple tips that have personally helped get over that first step and get the ball rolling. For those listening recently after the episode has been out and have an idea in mind, understand that there is no better time to start than now. Quarantine has got most of you bored and you've got a handful of time that you don't know what to do with it. Start on that IDEA!

Honestly, I tried sitting in a room by myself and interview myself but it really did not go the way I had planned. So I brought in someone special (Adeela) to help me make this episode possible and share a few things about myself.

In today's episode, I will be focusing on introducing myself and explaining my motivation behind making this podcast. Talk about the process of this podcast coming together and go more in-depth into answering questions like the idea behind the name "Life Expo", people that inspired me to do this, and some possible future guests.

With the Coronavirus that's been going around, sadly it might be a while till I can come out with another episode :( However, I'm using this time wisely to brainstorm some topics I can discuss in future episodes! What's popping everyone yall?! Happy to say I can consider this being my first actual full-length episode with a topic to talk about! However, the topic itself was not something I had planned to talk about as my first episode but for the time being, it seemed very necessary and appropriate.
I will be talking about the coronavirus and going over things like what it is, where it came from, how it spread, how to prevent it and who it most effects. For those in the medical field, WARNING your heads may heat up and explode from all the wrong terms I may be using. So before you come for my head, please be aware that by no means am I a professional and I failed grade 10 biology which will show in this episode. All the information I go over I've gotten from research.
Later in the episode, I talk about this group that I came across that help those who can't get supplies and groceries during these scary times. They are called the Good Neighbour Project and you can find them on Facebook. If you wish to volunteer just send them a request to be accepted into the group where you'll receive posts and updates on where you can help out! I'll leave a link to the group down below!

WHAT?! It's finally here. Life Expo is officially alive and here for you. I am super excited to bring you my work with the hopes to inspire and improve the substance of your life. To keep this simple I'm not considering this as my first official episode, treat it more like a table of contents.  To keep things short and sweet, in this intro, I simply go over what this podcast is going to be about and what you're expected to hear in the upcoming episodes.
