This is one of two parts of one complete conversation that we had together.

The conversation that took place basically centres around life as worship, as was discussed in a previous conversation, and how that looks in terms of sleep, sleep patterns and how that idea has manifested in different cultures around the world. We also delve into the area of art and how that concept of sleep and rest in cultural contexts has manifested in art, and has allowed us both to embrace the idea of art as a particular element of that rest that is actually vitally important and not just "optional".

This particular episode was more relaxed in the sense that we started by not having much of a topic to delve into despite Ben delving into the writing process of his novel, which allowed him to delve into how the creative process works for him. This thereby allowed us to delve into how creativity manifests in life and affects one's sleeping patterns, and realising that this concept of sleep made sense in the context of discussing rest and worship. This also led into how sleep is a vital element of both rest and worship.

Themes of how life is ought to be lived and expressed and has been done by the Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church, and is deficient within the various wings of the Protestant Church, are all addressed throughout the entirety of the conversation.

In this latter part, we look specifically at where and how life as worship ought to be lived, and also how Latin people in particular have truly gotten this element of life, which is a principle of the Kingdom of God, right in the makeup of their culture and personalities. Thereby, they have been demonstrating true worship as the the way that life is truly lived naturally. The start of this recording still deals with themes of art as a touchstone of church.
