Flavia Deuchler is a holistic health coach with background in functional medicine, neuroscience and energy therapies. She’s also the founder of Ora Collective, an online platform aimed at sharing information, educational videos and programmes to help individuals craft their own individual definition of health. I’m lucky enough to call her a friend and am so excited to have her as the first guest on the Life Forces podcast!
