Your comfort zone is your safe space, it feels good but it can hold you back. A big part of keeping an open mind is being willing to step out of your comfort zone. I discuss ways to step out of your comfort zone and try new things.

Keeping an open mind isn’t always easy so I talk about some tips and techniques that have helped me over the years.
