In today’s episode we’re talking about taking our lessons and turning them into our blessings. But what does that mean? What we might call ‘mistakes’ can teach us so much about ourselves, our loved ones and what we do and want from our lives. It’s all about prospective so let’s get into it!

To keep things simple we'll focus on these key topics:

🥇The Journey

No matter who you are, or where you are in life, stuff happens. It might be a break up or a bad business deal. It’s how you navigate the times in your life where things don’t go right. From me, it’s how you turn adversity into triumph. In this episode I share what this means for me.

🥈Blessing in Disguise

Turning our lessons into blessings also applies to people in your life too. It could be a friendship or a relationship, but I truly believe people come into your life for a reason and people leave your life for a reason too. It can be hard coming to terms with a relationship break up, a family member you don’t talk to anymore or a friendship becoming distant but we all play a role in each other’s life and being accepting of that is a blessing. Listen as I talk about my experiences with this.

🥉Take Action

A new day is a new opportunity to get it right. I’ve said this before but I have NEVER heard anyone we get a second chance at life so give this one the best shot you can, even on the darkest days, look for the light.

Even those dark times can be used to help others from what you’ve learnt. There’s always opportunities for growth, that’s the beautiful thing about turning your lessons into blessings!
