This isn’t about New Year’s resolutions. Whatever it is you want to do in the coming year, put a plan into place about how to make it happen. The year ahead is your opportunity to wipe the slate clean, use it!

🥈Reflection:

There’s no better time to reflect then going into the New Year. I don’t care if it’s business, your personal life, whatever it is, think about what’s made you feel good, what you want to improve on and more importantly what brought you peace this past year. Whatever it is do more of that!

🥉Recharge and reset:

Once you got a few things in mind, it’s time to think about taking some out to recharge and reset your mind before you get into putting all these plans into action. If you can try to get away and recharge those batteries!
